GATE 2026 Expected Exam Date: Looking ahead to the years 2021 to 2025, the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is generally held on the first and second weekends of February. However, in 2026, February 1 is Sunday while February 28 is Friday. GATE is usually not conducted in the third or last weekend. Hence, only two weekends are available to conduct GATE 2026. This means that students can expect GATE 2026 to be held on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026, although the exact date hasn’t been officially confirmed yet. This important engineering exam will be conducted using computers. For GATE 2026, there will be a total of 30 different subjects available for students to choose from, which include both complete test papers and specific sections on various topics.
