GATE 2020 is an entrance examination for the admission to Post Graduate (PG) engineering courses and a gateway for securing jobs in PSUs. GATE 2020 will be conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT-D). Along with the official GATE 2020 notification, IIT Delhi has released the GATE Important Dates 2020.

GATE will be held on February 1, 2, 8 and 9. and the GATE exam schedule has been released by IIT Delhi. 8.6 lakh candidates have registered for GATE 2020 and the exam will be held in 8 sessions for 25 subjects.

GATE 2020 Application Dates:

GATE 2020 application process started on September 2019 and ended on 26th September 2019. Interested applicants can apply through the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS). Candidates are required to follow the guidelines as mentioned in the GATE 2020 information brochure to submit the online application form.

GATE 2020 Exam Center Change:

After submitting the GATE 2020 application, candidates will get an option to change the GATE exam center on a fixed date. Candidates who wish to change their exam center have to log in on the prescribed date and complete the process. The process to change the exam center started on 15th November 2019.

GATE 2020 Admit Card Date:

The GATE 2020 admit card will be released by IIT Delhi through online mode on 3rd January 2020. After the release of the GATE admit card, candidates are requested to download the admit card from the official website.
