GITAM GAT Instructions for Online Exam from Home

GITAM Institute of Technology has come up with an online exam from home. Due to the current lockdown and spread of COVID-19, GITAM has come up with an online assessment test for the candidates looking forward to taking admission in courses such as B.Tech./ Dual Degree (B.Tech. + M.Tech.) / B.Arch. B.Pharm in the institute.

Candidates looking forward to GITAM Online Assessment/ Exam from home must ensure that they follow the important instructions and guidelines released by the institute.

GITAM Online Exam: Steps to Follow

Before starting the GITAM online assessment/ exam candidates must follow some important steps. They are as follows:

Step 1: Candidates must ensure that the system which they will be using for the GITAM assessment meets the following requirements. The recommended browsers include: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox

Recommended OS - Windows, Linux

Recommended Device - Desktop, Tablet, Mobile phone

Step 2: Use one of the recommended browsers enter the link in the URL: http://cocubes.in/gat2020

Step 3: While logging in enter the following details Username, Password, Passkey (Passkey will vary from course to course) Once the candidate has filled in all the details please click on - Start the Test

Step 4: Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully and click on “START NOW. Also, the timer for the assessment will only start once the candidates click on Start Now.

GITAM Online Assessment Important Guidelines

• In case there is a power failure while attempting GITAM Online Assessment, the candidate will be required to log in again using the same system and browser. Answers marked before the power failure will be saved in the system and the candidate can continue the test from the same timer where he/she left the exam.
• In case there is no internet connectivity when the assessment is over, the system tries to submit the assessment, and the answer marked is displayed on THE screen. The candidate needs to write down the answers and provide them to the proctor. The proctor further intimates the answers to CoCubes POC who uploads them in the platform from the backend.
