GMAC Selects Four New Business Schools for Membership
GMAC a global association of top graduate business schools has selected four new schools for membership. In addition to meeting membership criteria, each school has made a specific pledge to help GMAC meet its mission.
The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), a global association of top graduate business schools has selected four new schools for membership. GMAC has selected Hult International Business School, Maastricht University, School of Business and Economics, Trinity College Dublin, Trinity Business School, and Sabanci University, Sabanci Business School. With the addition of four new colleges, GMAC's total membership is now 229.
Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) members have to go through an invitation-only process that is governed by the organisations board of directors. Once the invitation is done, nominees have to participate in a detailed application process. The detailed application process of GMAC addresses the commitments towards supporting the GMAC's mission.
Sangeet Chowfla, CEO of GMAC said that there are a huge number of business schools around the globe which implies that an aspirant's journey towards advanced degrees knows no boundaries. He further informed that the organisation is excited to welcome the new institutions into GMAC membership. Each school brings unique insight and expertise from its own experience and will contribute towards our mission.
New Business Schools Selected for GMAC Membership:
Hult International Business School: Hult International Business Schoolis the first triple-accredited B-school in the US. The vision of the school is built on the belief that business skills can only be learned by doing. Hult has many undergraduate, postgraduate and executive courses.
Maastricht University, School of Business and Economics: It is one of the prestigious business schools and is located in the Netherlands and will use its experience to support GMAC'S mission of bringing innovation to the marketplace and to help students and schools connect with one another.
Trinity College Dublin, Trinity Business School: It is located in the centre of Dublin and is a major hub for global businesses. The school believes in providing its students with international research and industry experience in a project-based approach.
Sabanci University, Sabanci Business School: The Sabanci Business School is one of the leading business schools in Turkey and has been ranked as one of the best B-schools by Financial Times. It believes in a research-driven approach.
