GMPE 3rd Batch of IIM Indore to Begin from August 2017, Register by June 25

Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM Indore) will begin the third batch of General Management Programme in Management for Executives (GMPE) from August 2017. It is one of the unique programmes offered by IIM Indore, the objective of which is local industry outreach. The programme gives more emphasis to unique needs of industry, specifically in Malwa region. The institute designed the course to meet the requirements of the industry.
GMPE programme of IIM Indore is also known as One Year Weekend General Management Programme in Management for Executives. The application process for the GMPE programme is still open, and interested candidates can submit the applications on or before June 25, 2017. IIM Indore had launched the programme for working executives in the region in 2016.

GMPE is a Certificate Programme, and the classes usually take place only on Sundays. The participants must attend the classes over 40 Sundays, and the duration of the course is 11-12 months. On Sundays, there are five sessions of 75 minutes each along with breaks for tea, coffee and lunch.
The unique features of this programme will not only help the participants via Orientation Programme but also provide them a platform for interacting with CEOs of various companies. The participants with good performance will get an award for Scholastic Performance. The participants will have an advantage of getting alumni benefits through this programme.

The GMPE programme will also focus on management theory, practices and recent developments in business models. The programme prepares and develops necessary skills for a general management role. The programme will include sessions on the following topics: -
