Gujarat Diploma in Engineering Application Process Begins
- The last date of online registration for the admission to diploma in engineering courses of Gujarat is 12 June 2018.
- As per the records, there are 65,575 seats this year for the admissions into diploma engineering programmes.
The admission process for a diploma in engineering courses offered in Gujarat will start from 1 May 2018. The last date of online registration for the same is 12 June 2018. The students will be provided with their PIN number in the month of June itself. The provisional merit list for diploma engineering courses will come out on 15 June and it is on the basis of the merit list that candidates will be provided admission.

The PINs for the programmes will be available in 123 branches of private banks across the state. According to the records, there are 65,575 seats this year for the admissions into diploma engineering programmes. However, there has been a reduction of 1,140 seats as compared to last year. As two colleges have been shunned for this academic year.

Out of 65,575 seats, around 43,000 seats are offered in self- financed institutes in the state and around 20,000 seats are offered in government colleges. Candidates who are planning to study diploma engineering after class 10 can fill up the application form for the same. The admission committee for Professional Diploma will organize 65 seminars across the state to provide class 10 students with information about diploma courses.
