Here’s What NTA Clarified about JEE Main Exam Date 2023
NTA has confirmed that a notice circulating on JEE Main 2023 exam date is fake. As of now, NTA has not released any official notification or the exam date for the upcoming JEE Main exam.
JEE Main 2023 aspirants felt nervous after a fake notice pertaining to JEE Main exam date 2023 circulated on social media. As per the fake court, the Session 1 exam date of JEE Main 2023 was January 18 to 23 and the Session 2 exam date was April 4 to 9. The fake notice even confirmed that the JEE Main application form 2023 is scheduled to be released in November, and the official notification will be released accordingly. The fake notice circulated on various social medial platforms and it has reached the notice of NTA.
Responding to the issue, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has confirmed that the authority did not release any notification on JEE Main 2023, and the exam dates circulating on social media are fake. NTA further advised students to not believe in fake rumours. Any official update pertaining to JEE Main 2023 shall be notified through the official website of NTA – nta.ac.in and the official Twitter handle DG NTA.

A fake notice circulating on social media regarding various national-level entrance exams like JEE Main and NEET is not new. These instances took place in previous years as well where a fake notice on NEET exam postponement, JEE Mani exam date etc circulated on social media platforms. Students need to be cautious about these fake notices and not feel panic.
JEE Main 2023 official notification is expected to be released either by the last week of November or the first week of December. If NTA plans to follow the pre-covid timelines for various entrance exams, the Session 1 of JEE Main 2023 is expected to be conducted in January. Students will have to wait a few more days to get an
official update regarding the exam dates.
