Hindu College of Delhi University Celebrates 118th Founder’s Day
Completing 118 years of imparting education to the aspiring minds of the nation, Hindu College, University of Delhi, celebrated its Founder’s day on Tuesday, February 14, 2017.
Completing 118 years of imparting education to the aspiring minds of the nation, Hindu College of Delhi University (DU) celebrated its Founder’s day on Tuesday, February 14, 2017.
Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal talked about the achievements of the institute at the 118th Founder's day and said that the youth must utilize all that the old generations have left behind. He also added that the knowledge and methods of the old generation must be used as a resource.

He further said that the distance between the older and younger generation must be bridged by accepting each other as resources.
Baijal said that students must take the time to understand themselves and their skills. He also said that regardless of how fast life is and how much competition students have to face, they must never stop learning. He encouraged students to reflect growth and learning in order to move forward.
He also mentioned that all assistance will be provided to students in order to get the appropriate infrastructure in their college. All the concerns raised by the administration will be addressed, he added.

S N Punj, Chairman of the Governing body of Hindu College, said that he has put up all the issues regarding the college in front of the Governor. Water issues and the completion certificate for new buildings will soon be provided to the college. He also said that steps are being taken to make sure that Hindu College gets all the facilities required.
