IBPS RRB PO Mains 2022 Exam Day Guidelines for Officer Scale I have been issued by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. Candidates appearing for the IBPS RRB PO Mains 2022 Exam for Officer Scale I recruitment must keep the following guidelines in mind:
Candidates are required to carry the call letters for both the Preliminary and Mains exam along with other relevant documents as mentioned in the Information Handout.
Candidates must provide all the documents in the prescribed format without any exceptions at the time of the IBPS RRB PO Mains 2022 online exam.
Identity verification of all candidates will be done with respect to the details provided in the attendance list, call letter, and the documents submitted.
In case the identity of a candidate is not verified, he/she may have their candidature cancelled by the authorities.
Learner’s driving license and Ration card will not be considered valid ID proof
Candidates who have had their names/surnames changed must provide an original affidavit/marriage certificate/Gazette notification to substantiate the claims
IRIS scan, Biometric, and photographs will be captured at the allotted centre during the online examination. If a candidate refuses to participate in the above procedures, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
Candidates must note the following with respect to the Biometric procedure –
Fingers must be washed thoroughly to remove any coating
Fingers must be washed and patted dry to get rid of dust and dirt
If the right finger is injured, the candidate must inform the authorities immediately. In such cases, other fingers may be considered for capture
Candidates must note the following with respect to the Biometric procedure –
For all candidates, the left eye or iris will be captured
Candidates must not be wearing glasses/contact lenses at the time of capture
Candidates are advised to maintain distance with the scanner while getting the scan done.
Candidates must not be carrying any banned items inside the exam hall.
Any unruly behaviour in the exam hall may cause disqualification of one’s candidature.
