ICAR Seat Allotment 2023: List of documents required to be uploaded after the allotment
ICAR seat allotment result 2023 for UG releases on October 16, and the candidates can check the list of documents that are required to be uploaded after checking the ICAR allotment.
ICAR Seat Allotment 2023: TheIndian Council of Agricultural Research has started the ICAR seat allotment 2023 Round 1 process along with the online uploading of documents, online response to queries raised by Universities, and submission of documents on October 16, 2023. Aspirants seeking admission to bachelor's degree programmes in agriculture and allied sciences must upload the documents for verification before October 18, 2023 (until 5 PM). Candidates have to upload scanned images (JPEG files) of the original documents on the counselling portal at the time of counselling and physical reporting for verification by the allotted university. The online verification of the documents will be done by the verifying officer of the allotted university or college. The deadline for online document verification by the universities is November 3, 2023 (until 5 PM).
List of Documents Required After ICAR Seat Allotment 2023
Below candidate can check the list of documents he/she needs to keep handy after ICAR Seat Allotment 2023;
- Proof of date of birth
- Class 10th mark sheet/certificate
- Class 12th mark sheet/ certificate
- Admit card issued by NTA
- Rank Card
- Transfer certificate or school leaving certificate
- Computer-generated confirmation page of online application submitted to NTA
- Counselling letter
- Allotment letter
- Provisional admission letter
- Passport-size colour photographs (same as uploaded during registration)
- Domicile certificate
- Character certificate
- Medical certificate for PwBD candidates
Important Note:
- The original documents mentioned above must be produced at the time of physical reporting and attending the classes in agriculture & allied science disciplines as per the allotted college/institution.
- After the documents uploaded by candidates are marked as “Verified”, seat deposition fee of Rs 10,000/- must be paid irrespective of the category on the ICAR’s Counselling portal.
- Candidates withdrawing any temporary or permanent original certificates will be governed by the concerned Agricultural Universities (AUs) rules and regulations.
- Once the candidate's documents are verified by the admitting university during physical reporting, no objection will be raised if certificates are returned to such candidates.
