IIFT Admissions 2018-2020: Online Application Process Ends Today

The application process for MBA International Business (IB) programme offered by the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) started from July 25, 2017 and it will end today, September 15, 2017. Earlier, the last date to apply online was September 8, 2017. MBA aspirants willing to apply for the session 2018-2020 at IIFT can register for the exam online.

Meanwhile, the exam date for IIFT has also been postponed. Earlier, the exam date was November 26, 2017. However, the date was clashing with the popular CAT entrance exam, which is also scheduled for November 26, 2017. Now, IIFT MBA entrance exam will be conducted on December 3, 2017. IIFT Eligibility Criteria 2017:

• Candidates must have successfully completed their graduation (minimum 3 years course) from a recognised institute or university.
• IIFT requires the candidates to secure at least 50% marks in Graduation. SC/ST/PWD candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% marks.
• Candidate currently studying in their final year of graduation can also apply for the MBA IB programme.
• There is no age limit for this programme.

IIFT Registration and Application Procedure 2017:

• Fill in the details asked in the registration form provided on the official website of IIFT in order to generate your application number.
• Log in to your exam account by using the credentials that you have received on the email ID or mobile number through which you have registered.
• Fill in all the information asked in the application form and read all the instructions carefully. You will receive an email of successful registration on completing the application process and paying the fee.
• The application fee for general and OBC candidates is Rs. 1550, whereas, SC/ST/PWD candidates will have to pay Rs. 775. The application fee for foreign nationals and NRIs is 80 USD or Rs. 4500.
• Payment can be done either through Credit/Debit cards or Demand Draft in favour of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, payable at Delhi.
• Take a print out of the complete application form once you have finished the procedure.

IIFT Selection Procedure 2017:

• Indian Nationals: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of IIFT Written Test. They will further have to clear the Writing Skill Assessment, Group Discussion and Interview rounds.
• Foreign Nationals and NRIs: All candidates falling in this category will be shortlisted on the basis of GMAT scores.

IIFT Test Centres 2017:

The entrance test will be conducted from 10 am to 12 pm on December 7, 2017, at the following centres:

Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Allahabad, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Dehradun, Chandigarh, Delhi, Coimbatore, Guwahati, Indore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Lucknow, Nagpur and Visakhapatnam.

Centres for Written Skill Assessment and Personal Interview: Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow and Mumbai.
