The International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Bhubaneswar is one of the few institutes where taking the GATE exam is not mandatory in order to take admission in M.Tech programmes. • Candidates aspiring to apply for the IIIT Bhubaneswar M.Tech Exam must have passed either B.Tech, BE, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, M.Sc. Electronics, M.Sc. Mathematics, M.Sc. Statistics or M.Sc. Physics from a recognized institution.
• Candidates who have qualified GATE with 75% marks or above will be exempted from the exam and will be eligible for M.Tech courses offered by IIIT Bhubaneswar.

• Candidates can access the application form of IIIT Bhubaneswar M.Tech Exam from the official website of the institute.
• Aspirants can register for the exam by registering through a valid email ID and logging in through the credential sent to them on this ID.
• It is essential to fill all the information asked in the application form correctly without any discrepancies and take a printout of the application form.
• Candidates will have to sign this application form, attach a photograph and send this form to IIIT Bhubaneswar.
• Candidates will also have to pay an application fee of Rs. 1000 either through debit cards or through credit cards.

• Clearing the IIIT Bhubaneswar M.Tech Exam or GATE is essential in order to be considered for the M.Tech courses offered by the institute.
