IIIT Delhi to Host 'Research Showcase' in April
- IIIT Delhi will organise ‘Research Showcase 2018’ on April 07, 2018, the theme of which will be ‘Imagine-Innovate-Inspire’.
- Representatives and researchers from Google, Microsoft, TCS, IBM and IITs will grace the event.
IIIT Delhi will be organising its annual event ‘Research Showcase’ to exhibit the popular Research & Development (R&D) work being carried out at IIIT Delhi and other premier institutes in Delhi NCR. The theme of IIT Delhi Research Showcase 2018 is ‘Imagine-Innovate-Inspire’. The grant research showcase event will be organised on April 07, 2018, at the campus of IIIT Delhi, located in Okhla Industrial Estate (Phase III), New Delhi.

The aim of IIIT Delhi Research Showcase is to attract industry professionals to identify the potential areas of collaboration by observing the research and development work of the premier institute. Knowledge researchers from both industry and academic will be present at the event. Representatives and researchers from Google, Microsoft, TCS, IBM and IITs will grace the event.
Computer Science Professor at IIT Kharagpur, Mr. Niloy Ganguly will deliver the keynote address at Research Showcase 2018.

Students and faculty members from various technical institutes can take part in the Research Showcase. Several activities will be conducted as a part of the event including: -

IIIT Delhi will award cash prizes ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000 for the winners of various competitions. Interested candidates must submit the pre-registration form through the official website on or before March 15, 2018.
Over the years, IIIT Delhi Research Work has turned out to be beneficial for postgraduate students and industry professionals to take part in collaborative research projects. Last year, over 500 students, industry professionals and school children attended this grand event.
