IIM Ahmedabad HR Leadership Conclave 2019 held in Bengaluru
The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad hosts the fourth edition of its HR Leadership Conclave 2019 at JW Marriott in Bengaluru. Highly esteemed guests had attended the programme to discuss the modern changes and practices that are currently taking place in organisations.
Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad conducted the fourth part of its HR Leadership Conclave. The theme of the conclave was the ‘The Future of Work, Workforce and Learning. It was held at JW Marriott Vittal Mallya Road Bengaluru. A discussion was held between esteemed panelists. The topics that were discussed upon were ‘Story-telling for learning and change’ and ‘Learning and development needs of new age and fast growing organisations’.
Prof. Biju Varkkey the faculty Chair of IIMA HR Leadership Conclave, said that the platform is used as a means to understand and discuss the challenges, practices and skills that are used in HR leadership. They use the forum to discuss the new challenges that keep arising in the day to day functioning. He adds that they incorporate the information that they gather from the conclave in the education programmes as well as research and teaching at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

The 2019 HR Leadership Conclave focused on discussing the various changes and the emergence of the latest practices that are being incorporated in the world in the organisation globally. The people who attended the programme received information from different industry giants on the topic of Learning and Development.

The HR Leadership Conclave will help various senior-level professionals to understand how to build the competency and skills that organisations of the future, require as well as help them connect with other professionals from other industries and exchange their views on the same through interactive sessions for discussion and brainstorming.
