IIM-Calcutta Partners with NIIT to Offer PG Certificate in General Management

Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta has entered into a partnership with NIIT, a global leader in skills and talent development to offer a Postgraduate Certificate Programme in General Management (PGCGM). The programme will be delivered through both online and offline modes.
The online component of the programme will be direct-to-device mode through a learning platform of NIIT. The programme will also have campus visit components at IIT Calcutta. The primary objective of the programme is to create high-impact learning experience by bridging the gap between accessibility, affordability and quality.

The PGCGM programme will enlighten the students about the primary functional specialisations in management, acquire the leadership qualities, drawing upon knowledge of social, economic, technological, regulatory and political forces.
The graduates who have qualified GMAT or CAT in the past three years are eligible to apply for the course. The first batch will commence from February 2017. The last date of registration is November 30, 2016.
Through this strategic tie-up, IIM Calcutta and NIIT will be playing a significant role in redefining the online education sector in India. The programme is targeted at working professionals who want to take their career to the next level by enhancing their knowledge on latest business concepts.
