This announcement has come amid ongoing protest in the state where the police force and protesters have clashed on several occasions. Even though the UP Police has sufficient experience in controlling large crowds, which was illustrated in the 2019 Ardh Kumbh Mela, this course aims to increase the efficiency of the police force in maintaining law and order situations even in cases where the crowd is more chaotic. IIM Indore is also seeking the help of computers in this novel campaign. Crowd control methods developed and improved with the use of Artificial Intelligence technology will also be taught in this course.
With one of the top MBA colleges in India adopting such innovative methods, candidates interested in pursuing an Artificial Intelligence course can also be hopeful for better job opportunities and wider career scope in their future.
