IIM Kozhikode Final Placement 2022 - Average Salary Rises by 31%
IIM Kozhikode completed its final round of placement 2022 for the PGP programme with 100% success. There was an increase in the average salary of 31.3% over the last year. For more details, read below.
The final round placements were held at IIM Kozhikode for the 24th batch of the flagship PGP programme and the inaugural batches of PGP Finance and PGP Liberal Studies and Management (PGP - LSM). The recruitment drive was a complete success with 100% of students getting placed.
The average salary saw an increase of 31.3% over the last year which stood at 29.5 LPA with the median salary. The median salary saw an increase of 32.5%from the last year. The Median salary for the current year had been at 26.50 LPA. The breakup of the students was 40 students each from the PGP-F and PGP LSM courses.

There were 571 offers made from 116 recruiters according to the official placement report. The institute was ranked 4th as per the NIRF ranking and the confidence has been reiterated by the overwhelming response from the recruiters. The stellar placement record could not have come at a better time for the institute, this year has been the silver jubilee celebration for the institute. The Institute was also the only IIM to be included in the Top Three most innovative Educational Institute among Institutes of National Importance, Central University, and CFIs Category in India ARIIA Rankings 2021.
The Director of the Institute, Debashis Chatterjee commented that the bouquet of PGP Programmes at IIMK strengthens the institute's rich legacy of nurturing a diverse talent pool. This year saw a total of 29 new recruiters such as Adani Group, Clarivate, EY-Parthenon, Garena, Meesho, Merisis, Navi, Ola, PhonePe, Shopee. The regular recruiters that offered placements were ABInBev, Accenture Strategy, Accenture Technology, Amazon, American Express, Asian Paints, Avendus Capital, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Capgemini, Citi Bank, Credit Suisse, D.E. Shaw, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, etc to name a few.
