IIM Lucknow PGPSM Final Placements 2022: Highest Salary Increased by 20%
IIM Lucknow conducted the final placements for the PGP-SM batch 2020–22 successfully by witnessing an overall increase of 20% in the salary package in a year.
Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has successfully conducted final placements for the sixth batch of Postgraduate Program in the Sustainable Management Program (PGP-SM) 2022. The institute recorded 100% placements for the batch. As per the official press release, the institute bagged the highest package of INR 35 lakh per annum leading to an overall increase of around 20% in a year.
The institute conducted placement drives with the top recruiters in India and received more than 30 offers for all 27 candidates. The recruiters offered diverse profiles such as ESG (social, environmental, and governance) rating specialists, corporate sustainability consultants, valuation modeling and economics, finance, ESG risk assessment, Transaction Due Diligence, consulting, ESG, IT/ITES, marketing and operations, general management.

According to the Press Release, more than 20 recruiters participated in the final placements this year despite the covid situation in the country. Major recruiters who participated in the drive are Flipkart, ZS Associates, Accenture Strategy, MiQ, Ernst and Young, Dalmia Cements, Ericsson, PeopleStrong, Axtria, IndusInd Bank, TresVista, MSCI, and many more. The big giants participated in the placement drive and around 62% of the candidates were successful in getting job offers in sustainability and general management roles.

As per the statement released by Press, IIM Lucknow expressed delight at the participation of more than 50 industry partners in the recruitment drive.
