IIM Lucknow Placements 2022: Highest CTC INR 35 LPA
IIM Lucknow conducted the placement process for the PGP-SM batch 2022. The highest CTC offered this year was INR 35.05 LPA for PGP-SM and the average CTC was INR 21 LPA.
IIM Lucknow final placement 2022 has been completed recently for the Post Graduate Programme in Sustainable Management. The institute has secured 100% placement by securing 30+ offers for all 27 students. According to a press release by the institute, this year witnessed the highest package of INR 35 lakh per annum and an overall increase in year on year average by around 20%. The average CTC offered was INR 21.05 LPA. The median CTC can be estimated at around INR 18.60 LPA.
The average compensation recorded for the top 25% of students was INR 28.44 LPA and for the top 50% of students, it stood at INR 23.69 LPA. Over 20 new recruiters participated in the recruitment process this season despite the pandemic. The major recruiters, who participated in the process this year included Flipkart, ZS Associates, Ericsson, Dalmia Cements, Nice & Natural, Ernst and Young, IndusInd Bank, Akshaya Patra, MSCI, Aditya Birla Group, among others. The job roles offered to the students were in Corporate Sustainability, ESG Research, Sustainability/ESG Consulting, Sustainability Supply Chain, Product Management, and Business Development.

The IIM Lucknow 2022 placements witnessed a substantial increase in sustainability roles offered by the companies. It reflects the growing importance of the domain of Sustainable Management among recruiting companies. Apart from the Sustainability roles, General Management roles were also offered which shows the trust of the companies in the students of IIM Lucknow.

The most significant highlight of the placement process was participation from well-known organisations in the sustainability domain. Around 62% of the students were offered sustainability roles and 38% received general management roles. In the Sustainability domain, the highest CTC offered was INR 35.04 LPA and the average CTC stood at INR 22.46 LPA. In the General Management domain, the highest CTC has been estimated at INR 23.16 LPA and the average CTC recorded was INR 18.99 LPA. The eminent recruiters in the Sustainability domain were Accenture Strategy, Hexagon, Licious, Sternum Asia, Wipro, and Ultratech. Some of the companies that participated in the General Management domain are Axtria, Dalmia Bharat, MiQ, TransUnion, TresVista, Nutreco, Antique Securities, and Whatfix.
