IIM Raipur to Organise ‘Equinox 7.0' from January 27, 2017
Equinox 7.0 is an event organised by IIM Raipur from January 27, 2017 till January 29, 2017. It is a three-day event which gives the right platform to young leaders and entrepreneurs.
Indian Institute of Management, Raipur )IIM-R), in association with IDBI Bank, will organise a grand cultural fest and mega business conclave ‘Equinox 7.0' from January 27, 2017. A team of students organised flash mob in the city as a prelude to the main event.
The flash mob was held at Ambuja Mall, and Magneto Mall and the shoppers were surprised as the students broke into dance suddenly. Students performed the dance for famous Bollywood numbers. The flash mob was just a promotional event for ‘Equinox 7.0'. The shoppers were enthralled by the performance of students which gave a boost to the main event.

Equinox was conducted for the first time in the year 2011. Today, it is one of the biggest cultural and business conclaves in Eastern India. The fest gained wide popularity in a span of five years. ‘Equinox 7.0' is being sponsored by IDBI Bank and Chhattisgarh Tourism Board is the Co-Sponsor. The event will commence on January 27, 2017 and wll continue till January 29, 2017. It is a three-day event which gives young leaders and entrepreneurs the right platform to express themselves.

Varshini Bhanu, one of the students, revealed that the flash mob was organised to connect with the people of Raipur and make them aware about the fest. Rishab Jolly, another student, mentioned that they performed the flash mob as music and dance are the only things which bring people together. Flash mob is the right opportunity to mingle with people.
