IIM Ranchi Features Among Top 20 B-Schools in India

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi has made it to the top 20 business schools as per the InsideIIM MBA Rankings 2020. IIM Ranchi is the first second generation IIM to be a part of the list. It has left IIM Rohtak behind which featured among the top 25 business schools in India two years ago.

According to Professor Shailendra Singh, IIM Ranchi Director, IIM Ranchi is very serious regarding whatever it does and the main objective is that the students should be known as the products of IIM Ranchi no matter where they go. Institutes are given recognition on the basis of their faculty and products. The faculty at IIM Ranchi not only moulds the students when it comes to academics but also helps them prepare for the society. It is the institute’s objective that their products should be given appreciation.

IIM Ranchi has is also a part of the T.I.M.E’s list of top B- schools in the country. It has bagged a fourth spot and is in the AAA+ category of institutes which offer good quality of education, infrastructure and are known for their faculty and have a 100 percent placement record. With this feat, IIM Ranchi has surpassed institutes such as MDI, Gurgaon and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Mumbai which are there on the fifth and sixth spot respectively.

IIM Ranchi’s Director further said that the institute has great potential and students get admission only after facing tough competition. They work very hard and the teachers help them with their guidance and by inspiring and motivating them. Eventually, those who pass out from the prestigious institute turn out to be good professionals who stand out.
