IIM Rohtak Records 100% Placement for 2022, Highest Package at 30 Lakh
IIM Rohtak has completed 100% placements for the 2022 batch. It is also the first IIM to complete the placement. IIM-R has witnessed a steep rise in CTC by 16%. Candidates are placed in prestigious companies with an average of INR 15.92 LPA.
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Rohtak has completed its recruitment process. IIM-R is the first IIM to complete the placement process for 2022 with 100% placements. The institute also witnessed a 16% rise in the average salary packages for the batch of 2022. The average salary offered to candidates was INR 15.92 LPA and the highest domestic CTC of INR 30 LPA.
IIM Rohtak also states that about 73% of the participating students were recruited in the domain of General Management and Consulting. The 2022 batch of IIM Rohtak had experienced a steep rise in the number of PPOs and PPIs. Students were offered jobs with high-end salaries. Some of the leading companies which participated in the IIM Rohtak 2022 placements are HDFC Bank, Tata Steel, Capgemini, OfBusiness, Deloitte, Yes Bank, ICICI Bank, Xiaomi, Indus Valley Partners, NatWest, AuthBridge, and Cognizant. There were also a total of 40 new recruiters for IIM Rohtak. Companies such as OYO, Bharat Serums, Aditya Birla Capital Group, Amazon, Hero Motocorp, Reliance Retail, Grasim Industries, Accenture Strategy, Arcesium, Schindler, and many other companies participated in the 2022 IIM Rohtak placement process.

The Government of Odisha also congratulated the candidates. The Minister motivated the candidates to expose themselves more to the development of positivity and focused on improving the spiritual diet more. The Student Activity Centre was also inaugurated by the Minister of the IIM Rohtak institute.
The Director of IIM Rohtak, Professor Dheeraj Sharma was overwhelmed with the response from the recruiters. He also said that the faculty and authorities at IIM Rohtak are hopeful that students will have a place to develop positive thoughts and meditate and create positive orientation at this new Student Activity Centre.
