Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak will soon begin the Common Admission Process (CAP 2017) for nine IIMs soon. CAP is regarded as the second stage of the selection process for admission to PGDM, PGPM and PGP programmes offered at nine new Indian Institutes of Management. The following institutes are participating in CAP 2017: -

Short listing of candidates as per Common Admission Test (CAT) percentile, holding Written Ability Test or WAT and Personal Interview or PI are conducted as a part of Common Admission Process or CAP 2017. IIM Rohtak has been given the responsibility to hold CAP 2017 for the academic session 2017-18. However, the registration and the shortlisting process is over, and the candidates who have registered to participate in CAP 2017 process can check their names on the official site of IIM Rohtak.

CAP will help the candidates to avoid travelling to distant places to attend selection process. CAP 2017 will be held at a designated centre, and it will be held in all the major cities like Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata and Mumbai.

As per CAP 2017, the minimum percentile to secure admission is 90. However, securing 90 percentile does not mean that the name of the candidate will be shortlisted. IIM Rohtak will shortlist the names of the candidates basing on various factors. The WAT and PI process is expected to commence in the third week of February.
