IIM Sirmaur Placements 2022: Average CTC Increased by 27%
IIM Sirmaur has successfully organised final placements for the MBA batch 2021-22. The placement process witnessed an increase of 27% in the average CTC.
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sirmaur has successfully conducted the final placements for MBA batch 2021-22. Students of the MBA batch ensured 100% recruitment in top companies leading to a 27% increase in the average CTC (Cost to Company) compared to the previous year's placements. As per the Institute, the top recruiter of the placement drive offered 219 job offers to the candidates.

More than 120 recruiters participated in the final placement program held by IIM Sirmaur. In the placement process, a total of 178 students successfully acquired job offers from top industries. Out of 178 candidates, 36 girls and 142 boys got the placements. The top corporates who took their placements were Accenture, Hero Motors, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Schneider Electric, Deloitte, ICICI, EY, L&T, IBM, Volvo, HDFC, ZS, DCM Shriram, Eicher, IDBI Capital, etc.
Professor Neelu Rohmetra, Director, IIM-Sirmaur, shared the overwhelming response by the top recruiters during the final placement process. She conveyed her best wishes and regards for the students for their outstanding performance in the final placement. She also added that the MBA batch 2021-22 witnessed a 27% increase in the average CTC compared to previous years.
