IIMC Entrance Exam 2017 Results Declared

Indian Institute of Mass Communication or IIMC has declared the results of IIMC Entrance Exam 2017. The entrance test took place for admission to various journalism courses offered by IIMC for the academic session 2017-18. However, qualifying in IIMC Entrance Exam 2017 does not guarantee admission. IIMC has shortlisted candidates for the second stage of the admission process, i.e., interview. Now, the candidates whose names have been shortlisted for the subsequent stage of admission process must carry all the relevant certificates/ documents along with them at the time of interview.

IIMC conducted entrance examination for the admission to following courses: -

• PG Diploma in Urdu Journalism
• PG Diploma in Marathi Journalism
• PG Diploma in Malayalam Journalism
• PG Diploma in Odia Journalism
• PG Diploma in Radio & TV Journalism
• PG Diploma in Advertising and PR
• PG Diploma in Journalism (Hindi)
• PG Diploma in Journalism (English)

Now, the results of IIMC Entrance Exam 2017 are available on the official website of Indian Institute of Mass Communication. Follow the steps mentioned below to check the results: -

• Open the official website IIMC.
• On the homepage, check the column ‘News & Announcements’.
• Under the section, you can see scrolling link ‘Entrance Exam Result 2017-18’.
• A new page opens.
• Select the course in which you have given written test.
• A PDF file opens.
• The candidates can check their roll number and date for the interview.
• IIMC has released only the list of shortlisted candidates.

As per the official schedule of IIMC, the interview process will begin on June 29, 2017. However, IIMC has not released the schedule for Urdu, Marathi and Malayalam Journalism courses. The institute will announce the schedule for these courses soon.
