IIT Indore to Organize International Symposium
- IIT Indore to host a 3-day international seminar on Computational Mathematics, Optimisation and Computational Intelligence (CMOCI) 2017.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore to organise a 3-day international seminar on Computational Mathematics, Optimisation and Computational Intelligence (CMOCI) 2017 from 17th July till 19th July.
Computational Intelligence is the hot topic in terms of research, public domain involving data science and machine learning. It covers a lot of areas in the field of engineering, science and technology.
The main goal of the symposium is to encourage the international alliance between Nanyang Technological University (NTU) of Singapore and IIT Indore in the broader areas of CMOCI and also to foster collaboration involving all the capable contributors from India and NTU Singapore.

It would emphasise on the current needs in the field of science and technology with the exposure gained by postdoctoral fellows and Ph.D. students. The seminar intends to bring new ideas and creativity for the ongoing research projects and to encourage conversations about them among the researchers present in the event. The event will be featured by invited talks, keynote speeches, poster sessions, oral presentations and panel discussions. Around fourteen speakers including seven from NTU will share their views during the event.
According to the release issued by IIT Indore, there are numerous models on which researchers are working for the needs of the research, public, industry and difficulties related to them. For better solutions to this, the computation includes optimisation in its mathematical principles.
The symposium will provide an opportunity to all the researchers and experts from diverse subfields to interact and discuss recent progress and share ideas with each other. Moreover, young Indian research participants will be able to acknowledge the recent developments in the related field and new opportunities that have come up with the recent research activities going on.

It will also provide early career researchers with valuable advice and feedback from leading researchers in the field and obtain insights into the challenges faced by them.
The event will highlight our country in the due course of time for the contributions of young Indian scholars of this field.
