IIT Jodhpur M.Tech Placements 2021-22: 90% increase in Highest Salary, Check Major Highlights

IIT Jodhpur MTech Placement: A total of 200 companies recruited students from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur in the MTech placements conducted in 2022. Comparing this year's MTech placements to last year's placements, the placements increased by around 158%, while the highest package offered increased by about 90%.
A number of companies from across a variety of specializations participated in the placements at IIT Jodhpur: Google, Samsung, Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T, Arcelor Mittal, Nippon Steel, and ICICI Bank. As well as these new companies, they have also received recruitment inquiries from American Express, Sutherland, Deloitte, Royal Enfield, Gartner, Maruti Suzuki, Pickrr, Tata Elxsi, Udaan, Eeki Foods, Lightstorm, etc. The various roles available by various organizations included Business Analysts, System Engineers, R&D Engineers, Management Trainees, PGETs, GTEs, Software Developers, SDEs, and many other roles.

For students to prepare for the campus placement process, IIT Jodhpur has developed a curated capability programme. In addition to career development workshops and mock interviews, the Career Development Cell (CDC) at IIT Jodhpur provides leadership talks, soft skill training, and personality development activities throughout the year. A major focus of the CDC this year is developing programmes to build student capability.
"IT Jodhpur will continue to strive to develop programs and course pedagogy that incorporate both academic rigor and industry relevance," said Professor Santanu Chaudhury, Director, IIT Jodhpur.
IIT Jodhpur's Faculty in Charge, Career Development Cell, Anuj Pal Kapoor, commented on the placement process, "We have seen a promising start to campus placements following COVID-19. It's evident that our curriculum at IIT Jodhpur and our students' performance is a testament to our grit and perseverance during perhaps one of the toughest times."
