IIT Madras Executive MBA Programme Admissions 2019 Now Open
IIT Madras has launched an Executive MBA course for working individuals who seek to expand their business knowledge. The classes for the course will begin from January 2019 and the last date to apply for the same is October 30, 2018.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras has introduced an executive MBA degree programme (EMBA)in 2018. The two-year course has been launched for mid-career professionals who seek a career in the management and business sector.
IIT Madras has structured the course to help aspirants understands the current industry requirements and factors that help in business growth. The executive MBA programme offers state-of-the-art knowledge in the fields of digital economy, global strategy and future manufacturing.
The EMBA programme will be coordinated by R. P. Sundarraj and R. K. Amit. Talking about the programme, the coordinators said that it is a high-impact research programme and works through a broad teaching and learning approach.
IIT Madras is one of the top 20 MBA colleges in South India. The programme will help working professionals to pursue management education under the guidance of expert professors. Classes for the EMBA programme will start from January 2019 and will be conducted on every alternate weekend.

Eligibility Criteria for IIT Madras EMBA Programme:
- All candidates who have passed their graduation degree (in any discipline) with a first class division are eligible for the course.
- All such candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in the industry in order to be shortlisted.
- Final selection for the programme will be done on the basis of entrance exam for EMBA as well as personal interview rounds conducted by IIT Madras.
