IIT Madras Introduces Social Entrepreneurship Course

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras is inviting applications for a two-week credit course which focuses on self-study, experiential learning and learning opportunities in the field of social entrepreneurship and its related ecosystem.
The international winter school at IIT Madras on social entrepreneurship will be held from 3 to 14 December 2018. The application dates for Indian students are yet to be released.

Indian Institute of Technology Madras has been actively involved in the field of social entrepreneurship since the year 2002. The main aim of CSIE is to provide students with in-depth knowledge of social enterprise mainly to students involved in the engineering field. Apart from entrepreneurship, it also focuses on academic research that addresses problems within the Indian context and seeks solutions for the same.
