IITs Organize Open Day Sessions for JEE Advanced Qualifiers
- IITs of the country are conducting Open Day sessions for curious students and parents who need clarity on their career prospects.
- IIT Delhi will conduct Open Day session only for girls who qualified JEE advanced 2018.
After the declaration of JEE (Advanced) result 10th June, IITs are planning to organize an open day for qualified candidates. IIT Delhi has announced that it will conduct an open day session for the 2,076 girls who have cleared JEE Advanced and will help them select courses according to their aspirations and preferences. The institute will also address their queries and will tell them about the lives of girls at IIT campus.
The open day will provide the selected candidates with an opportunity to explore the various departments and facilities, see the infrastructure, research being carried out at the institutions and interact with faculty members. It will also help clear the doubts of the students regarding the career choices and study in IITs.

The qualified students and their parents/guardians can also participate in the live interactive session during the Open House/Day to clear their doubts. It will serve as a question and answer session which will help the prospective students make a more informed choice about their career.
IIT Hyderabad will also conduct an exclusive session for qualified female candidates on 15th June from 10 am to 5 pm at the Kandi Campus. IIT Hyderabad is one of the most renowned technical institutes in the country and has shown immense improvement in their NIRF rankings as well. They have bagged the 9th rank this year against 10th rank in 2017 in the engineering stream.
