Candidates must upload the photographs and their signatures as per the examination norms to pass the document screening process. The guidelines for uploading photographs for the Indian Bank SO 2023 registration process are as follows:
The photograph image should be coloured and on a white background.
It should be a passport-size photograph.
Candidates must look straight into the camera while taking the picture.
Applicants should ensure there is no red light in the image.
If an applicant wears glasses, the glasses should not have a reflection in the photograph.
The applicant should not wear hats, caps, or any other object covering the face.
The photograph should be within 200 x 230 pixels.
The size of the image should be within 20kb–50 KB.
The following are the guidelines for uploading a signature for the Indian Bank SO 2023 registration process:
The signature should be done with a black pen on white paper.
Only a scanned copy of the applicant’s signature is required.
The applicant’s signature should match the call letter’s and attendance sheet’s signature.
The signature should be within 140 x 60 pixels.
The size of the file should be within 10kb – 20kb.
The signature should not be in capital letters.
