Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi Commercial Pilot License Course Admission Details

Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (IGRUA) has begun applications for its Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Course. IGRUA issues Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Multi-engine endorsement and Instrument Rating (IR) on Multi-engine Aircraft to candidates who complete the course. Candidates can apply for the programme through the official website of IGRUA.

IGRUA will shortlist candidates for the course on the basis of entranceexam. The institute offers 75 seats for the 18-month long course. IGRUA also offers 3-year B.Sc. in Aviation degree alongside CPL in association with Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. IGRUA CPL Course Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates seeking admission to the programme must be at least 17 years of age
• Candidates must have passed class 12 with a minimum of 55% marks along with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects.
• ST, SC and OBC candidates must have at least 50% aggregate marks with all other criteria in place.

IGRUA CPL Course Selection Criteria:

• The first phase of selection is the online entrance exam conducted by the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi.
• The institute also conducts interviews and Pilot Aptitude Test for final selection of the students.

IGRUA CPL Course Fee:

Note: The course fee has been revised to Rs. 40 lakh and is pending approval. Once approved, all applicants will have to pay the revised fee.
