Instructions to be followed after KCET Mock Allotment 2024: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released KCET mock allotment 2024 on its official website on August 10. Candidates who are satisfied with their mock results can edit reorder, delete, and add courses and colleges of their choice at the official website- cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The deadline for submission of modified web options for engineering college and courses is August 11. Furthermore, after considering the option entries edited by the candidates, authorities will release the second mock seat allotment results on August 14 while KCET Round 1 allotment will be out on August 21.

Here are the specific instructions to be followed post-release of mock allotment results of KCET 2024.
Aspirants can alter, delete, and reorder their engineering college and preferences until August 11 (11:59 PM), only after verifying KCET mock allotment 2024 results.
If candidates remain interested following the results of the KCET 2024 mock allocation, qualified candidates who did not submit any choices for the first round may still submit their priority options.
It is recommended that the candidates take a printout of the option entry they have finally provided at the official web portal.
For the first round of seat allotment for admissions to the B.Tech course, the candidates' final submission of saved options will be taken into consideration. The actual seat allocation results will be released on August 21.
Candidates will be given four options following the release of seat allocation results for the first round.
If a candidate receives an allotment as per their first choice, no edits are needed.
For other options, compare your KCET rank with mock and previous years' cutoffs, then edit your choices accordingly.
If aspirants didn't get an allotment in the mock round, compare your rank with the cutoffs of your first five choices and make edits if needed. If your KCET rank is above 1,00,000 and you didn't get an allotment, edit your options accordingly.
