Intel, Times Pro to Launch AI, Python and Data Science Courses
Intel and Times Pro to launch certificate courses in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science.The the main objective of these two programmes is to create expert technologists and data scientists and hence lessen the supply-demand gap.
The technical sector has witnessesd an increase in the demand of e learned Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science professionals. These three came out of the technology closet and were a part of conversations everywhere, from boardrooms to coffee tables. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning have had a major impact everywhere and the business sector is forming itself around the evolution of them. Due to the huge demand of these skills, Intel has collaborated with TimesPro to provide learners with certificates in Python for Artificial Intelligence and Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science (PGDDS).
According to the reports, the demand for data analysts and data scientists has grown by 400 per cent from 2017 to 2018 in India. However, the supply rate has only increased by 19 per cent. The main objective of these two programmes is to create expert technologists and data scientists and hence lessen the supply-demand gap.

The learners will get industry exposure with Python for Artificial Intelligence and PGDDS through Capstone Projects and will develop a valid work portfolio with Intel. The top three projects are also eligible for prize money and scholarships. TimesPro and Intel aim at solving India’s big challenge of lack of trained professionals in the data science and AI space by an earn-while-you-learn approach. The programmes are open for enrolment throughout India and they will be delivered to learners via virtual interactive learning.
