Admission Notice -International Hospital School of Nursing Announces Admission For The Session 2016 – 2017

International Hospital School of Nursing invites applications from eligible candidates for admission to Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) for the session 2016-2017. The course is recognised by Indian Nursing Council & Assam State Nursing Council

Duration Of Course:
The Diploma in General nursing and Midwifery shall be of 3 years duration. There will be a per-professional period of 12 weeks. During this time the students will be introduced to basic Science like Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Languages – English & Assamese. After successful completion of this period students will be introduced with the professional nursing course.

Eligibility:

1. Male and Female aged 17 years to 25 years

2. Academic qualification: Higher Secondary or equivalent with 40% aggregate in Science / Arts

3. Medically fit.

Issue of Application Form & Prospectus: 23rd May, 2016 onwards

Last date of Submission of Forms: 30th June, 2016

Selection Procedure:

•Preliminary scrutinization of application forms.

•A written admission test of 100 marks.

•A personal interview & medical examination

The syllabus and the curriculum are designed by the Indian Nursing Council. The Assam State nursing council is the examining council for the school. The school is recognized by both the council.
