Overview of IOL Recruitment 2023

As per the official notification published by authorities concerning the IOL recruitment drive, selected candidates will serve a tenure of 4 years on a contractual basis. In case of the extraordinary performance of a candidate, job tenure can be extended to one year more. Selection will be based on an interview. Per the latest updates, there are 2 openings for a Project Executive and 1 for a Senior Manager. 

Candidates should only apply if they are comfortable relocating because it will be a transferable job. During the work period, individuals can be deputed to any unit of IOL. The monthly remuneration that will be offered to the Senio Manager (Export and Marketing) is around Rs 120000 while Project Executive will draw a salary of Rs 65000.

• Both Project Executive and Senior Manager candidates need to hold 1st class degree in Engineering and Technology.
• They also require at least 18 months of experience in any manufacturing company.
• Those aspiring to work as senior managers require 24 months of experience in a manufacturing company.
