IRMA to Introduce Two Programmes on CSR Design and Implementation
IRMA to introduce two courses in CSR design and implementation from the next academic session. The courses will be of the certificate and executive level.
The Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) is likely to start a programme on Corporate Social Responsibility training soon. The premier business school is considered among the top management colleges in India and is a leading institute with respect to the specialisation of rural management. It is expected that IRMA will introduce the Corporate Social Responsibility training programme, which is abbreviated as the CSR programme, by the next academic session in order to make effective use of funds for yielding better results at the grassroots level.
The Director of IRMA, Hitesh Bhatt, spoke about the development and said that a huge sum of money gets wasted in the name of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as not many people have a proper understanding of how to use the money effectively. Bhatt said that for the majority of the people, it is only about making huge donations to meet government compliance.
