KCET First Seat Allotment 2024: The candidates who have registered in the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) counselling have been in a dilemma as to when the next stage of the seat allotment process will be released. The official schedule has already surpassed all deadlines. However, by late night on August 20, a further announcement has been made by the Karnataka Examinations Authority regarding the same. According to the KCET counselling schedule, the second mock allotment result was to be released on August 14 which is now postponed to August 25 at 8 PM (Official Date).

Is KCET First Seat Allotment 2024 Postponed?
At first, the KEA was to release the KCET second mock allotment result on August 14. However, it was delayed and then postponed to August 16, but the same is not released yet. Once the mock allotment is out, the students will be given a window of 2 to 3 days for editing of the option entry (if required by the candidate). Through the option entry editing, the candidates can update their choices submitted before the actual first allotment for better selection chances. The final web options will be considered for the first seat allotment result.
Earlier, KCET first seat allotment 2024 was to be released by August 21. However, it will be delayed unexpectedly. Now, the final allotment for KCET Round 1 2024 is mostly delayed and the new schedule will be released soon. Based on the timeline provided by KEA, the schedule for Round 1 is likely to be as follows:
