ISB Tops the List in FT Rankings 2017 from India, INSEAD World No. 1
Apart from, Indian School of Business, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta also secured the place in the best 100 programmes worldwide.
Financial Times has announced the Global MBA Ranking of the best 100 programmes in the year 2017 and INSEAD is the best B-School in the world as per rankings. On the other hand, Indian School of Business or ISB has bagged the top spot in the rankings from India. Apart from, Indian School of Business, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta also secured the place in the best 100 programmes worldwide.

FT Global MBA Ranking of Best 100 Programmes (India): -
- ISB has done exceptionally well in a year where it secured 29th rank last year and 27th rank this year.
- On the other hand, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad has slipped five places and secured 29th rank this year. Last year, IIM-Ahmedabad secured 24th rank.
- Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore has performed exceptionally by securing 49th position. Last year, IIM-Bangalore bagged 62nd rank.
- Similarly, IIM-Calcutta bagged 95th rank.

One of the officials of ISB, Hyderabad revealed that they are ahead of IIM Ahmedabad and occupied the top position from India. He further added that the better salary offerings to their students and research done by the faculty are the key factors which have driven them to the top place.
One of the officials of IIM Bangalore mentioned that they have improved in rankings and will strive to achieve better rankings in the coming years.
