ITI Nagpur Partners With Dassault to Launch Aviation Course
The Government-run Industrial Training Institute Nagpur will be offering a new course in the aviation sector, in partnership with the French Aircraft manufacturer, Dassault Aviation. The course Aeronautical Structure and Equipment Fitter will be conducted in self-financed mode.
After a recent bilateral meeting that had been conducted between India and France, it was decided that the Industrial Training Institute in Nagpur will be offering a new aviation course. The self-financed course is a first-in-its-kind, which will be provided by ITI Nagpur in collaboration with Dassault.
The course named the Aeronautical Structure and Equipment Fitter is a self-financed course which will be conducted in three divisions.
An official stated that it has been the first where the Directorate of General Training from the Central Government’s Ministry of Skill Development has launched a trade associated with the Aviation Industry in an ITI across the nation.

As per sources, the course will be launched in partnership with the French aircraft producer, Dassault Aviation. The Dassault Aviation will be providing the necessary infrastructure and support for the respective course. Also, Dassault will assign French Faculty to conduct theory and practical sessions for the respective course.
The fate of the new course will be on the basis of three years of the report and then only the future of this course will be decided.

Industrial Training Institutes across the country have been responsible for providing the students with the theory and practical knowledge over the years and has helped in increasing the employability of the students. With a course under the aviation sector, the job opportunities for aspirants will increase. Students who pursue the course will be able to pursue higher education in the discipline as well.
