A grading system is adopted by the Jharkhand Academic Council that will help the students to determine their grades or the total number of marks that they have achieved in the board exams. The students can download the result by visiting the official website of the Jharkhand Academic Council. You can also check your result through the means of SMS. The students will also get information about their division from the result. The Jharkhand class 12 original marksheet will be available to the school authorities. The students are requested to visit their teachers to collect their original passing certificates.

JAC Jharkhand Class 12 Grading System 2023

JAC Jharkhand Class 12 Passing Marks 2023
There are particular passing marks that are required by the students to pass the JAC class 12th board exams 2023:
- The students need to score 33% marks in order to pass the Jharkhand class 12th board exams.
- If the paper is for 70 marks then you require 23 marks and if the paper is for 100 marks then you require 33% marks in order to pass the exams.
JAC Jharkhand Class 12 Grace Marks 2023
Grace marks are provided to the people who have appeared for the board exams but have failed with very few marks. You can check out the rules for JAC Jharkhand Class 12 Grace Marks 2023 here:
- In one subject or in a group of subjects only by not more than 5% of the total marks in each subject.
- In two subjects or in a group of subjects by not more than 3% of the total marks in each subject.
- Candidates who have not availed of any of the above-given conditions and miss a higher division by not more than 5 marks will be given the minimum marks so that they can secure the higher division. In this condition, the position in the higher division shall be determined on the basis of the original marks secured by the candidate.
- In the subjects where separate passing is absolutely necessary then the shortage shall be calculated based on the full marks in that part. If the students fail in a different part of a subject then they will be determined to have failed in that particular subject only.
- If the students have obtained 75% marks in aggregate but have failed in one subject only by not more than 7% marks then they will be declared to have passed the exams even if they are not allowed to pass under the clauses presented above. The particular student will be awarded the required marks needed to pass the exams by deducting those marks from his aggregate score. The student will be provided the division according to the final marks.
