Jamia Millia Islamia to Upload Answer Keys and Response Sheets of Admission Tests
JMI will upload answer keys and OMR/ response sheets of students who appear for the admission test next year. For the academic session 2018-19, 2,226 female candidates and 3,785 males candidates have taken admission in PG, Certificate, Diploma, M.Phil and Ph.D. courses.
Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has decided to upload the answer keys,response/ OMR sheets of the candidates who have appeared for admission tests conducted by the varsity for the admission to different courses. JMI plans to ensure transparency in the examination and admission process. The varsity will follow the policy of major recruiting bodies like SSC, CBSE and UPSC.
Once the answer keys of JMI admission test are available on the official website, students can raise challenges against the answer key within 48-72 hours. An Expert Committee will review the objections/ challenges raised by the candidates before processing the result.

Vice Chancellor of JMI, Professor Talat Ahmed approved the proposal to upload the answer keys and response keys of the admission test. The initiative will come into effect from the academic year 2019-20.
This year, JMI received close to 2 lakh applications for the admission to the courses offered by it. For the academic session 2018-19, a total of 2,226 female candidates and 3,785 male candidates have taken admission in PG, Certificate, Diploma, M.Phil and Ph.D. courses.

The Controller of Examinations of JMI, Dr. Faizi has expressed satisfaction and congratulated the team of Assistant Controller of Examinations for their commitment and dedication towards the conduct of free and fair admission test for the academic session 2018-19.
