JEE Main 2021 to be Based on Reduced CBSE Syllabus? Here's the Actual Fact
Union HRD Minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal did not confirm that JEE Main 2021 will be based on the reduced syllabus of CBSE. There are no changes in the syllabus. Check the list of topics deleted from CBSE Class 12th Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
In his interaction with the students of Kendriya Vidyalayas, Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal did not exactly mention that JEE Main 2021 will be based on the reduced syllabus of CBSE. Answering to the queries of students, the HRD Minister specified about the additional questions. JEE Main 2021 aspirants need to prepare for the exam as per the 2020 syllabus. Some of the topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics have been deleted from the CBSE 12th syllabus, and the same will not be excluded from JEE Main 2021. When the JEE Main 2021 exam dates were confirmed, the HRD Minister indicated that there won’t be any changes in the syllabus, as the candidates will be given internal choice in Numerical questions.
