About the Exam

The Joint Entrance Examination (Main), often known as JEE Main, is an entrance exam conducted to select qualified students for various engineering programs in various IITs, NITs, and GFTIs. The mains examination has also been conducted as a gateway for the advanced examination which is required for admission to the IITs.

Only Two Attempts for JEE Main 2022

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has reduced the number of cycles of mains examination. Only two rounds will be conducted one before CBSE board exams, and the other after a gap of 30 to 40 days. This year the CBSE board exams are scheduled to start on April 26, 2022. So, the first attempt will be before that; April 2022. And, the final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the best of two scores.
