JEE Main 2022: As the examination is coming as near as June 23, the time is critical for the aspirants of JEE Mains. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has already released the exam dates and exam centre cities for each student and the admit card for the same will soon be released as well. Instead of worrying about other related things, students should now converge their focus on revising and bettering their studies alone.

Considering the short span left, we have provided some quick tips below to help the students better their preparation. Read on for more information.

JEE Main 2022 Last-Minute Tips

  • Tip 1: Use Familiar Material to Revise
Perhaps one of the most important tips is to use the same notes, books, etc. that you have used all along for revision. If you refer to some other materials now, chances are you will forget what’s mentioned.
  • Tip 2: Revise, not Learn
A few days before the examination is not the best time to learn something new. Revision at this point will improve your score by far more than learning a new leftover topic. Not only learning a new topic will divert your attention, but it will also lead to a lack of clarity and may decrease your overall performance.
  • Tip 3: Solve Mock Tests
The best way to revise is to solve mock tests. It helps you go through the entire syllabus, manage time, tackle new questions, maintain speed, gain accuracy, and also helps you judge your level of preparation.
  • Tip 4: Solve Previous Years’ Question Papers
Many candidates after solving mock tests ignore the previous years papers and vice-versa, thinking they are the same. While the importance of mock tests is not to be undermined, solving previous years papers gives a more precise idea of the patterns and types of questions asked by the exam authorities.
  • Tip 5: Manage Time
Managing time is a make-or-break situation. All the preparation of the two years may count to nothing if time is not managed properly during the examination. Don’t spend too much time on a question, instead keep it for later. The same practice can be followed while solving mock tests/previous years papers which will help greatly during the exam time.
