The campaign was not only created to get justice for the disappointment with two attempts, but also to protest against the commission. JEE Main exam 2022 is scheduled on those days when the Board exams are likely to clash and reduce the preparation time of candidates for the Joint Entrance examination. The candidates along with the members of the Students’ union and ministers urged a plea to the Union Education Minister and NTA in favor of the postponement of the second session exam.

To support the campaign, aroused by the JEE Main aspirants, the Cabinet Minister of Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Department, Anila Bhendia tweeted that reduction of the number of attempts of the JEE Mains exam at the last moment will drive the aspirants into a frenzy. Adding to this, she added, that the conduction of the exams between the board exams even without keeping sufficient gaps between the exams will also affect the students’ performance.

In this respect, the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) tweeted that JEE Main is one of the turning points of lakhs of students’ careers. Hence, the exam conducting authority should be empathetic towards the students of the nation.
