JEE Main 2023 exam date has been declared by the NTA today with the release of the official notification. As expected, the examination will be conducted in two sessions. JEE Main 2023 Session 1 will be conducted in the month of January 2023, from January 24 to January 31, 2023. JEE Main 2023 Session 2 will be held later on in April 2023, from April 06 to April 12, 2023. These are the official dates given by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and these dates are to be treated as the final dates for the examination. NTA will only alter this schedule under unavoidable circumstances. Check out the notice by NTA here: 

Along with the release of the notification, the registration and application process too has begun. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the exam now at NTA’s official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. The deadline for the submission of the application form is January 12, 2023. JEE Main Exam Date 2023

NTA will conduct JEE Main 2023 as a computer-based examination on the following dates mentioned in the table below. Each day will be conducted in two slots: Morning shift and Afternoon shift, whose timings are also given here:

Note: All papers will be conducted as a computer-based test, except for Drawing Test in B.Arch Paper 2A. It will be conducted as a pen-and-paper exam on an A4-size paper.

  JEE Main Exam Date 2023: Documents Required to Apply

  The following are the documents required to apply for JEE Main 2023 examination:

  i. The recent photograph should be either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.

  ii. Scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format.

  iii. The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 KB to 200 KB.

  iv. The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 KB to 30 KB. 

  v. The size of the scanned copy of the Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) should be in pdf between 50 KB to 300 KB.

  vi. The size of the scanned copy of the PwD certificate should be in pdf between 50 KB to 300 KB (clearly legible)

  JEE Main 2023 Application Form Fee

  For each paper to be applied, the fee as stated below is applicable. The fee is to be paid via online modes only through Net Banking, UPI, or Credit/Debit Cards (except Master/Visa Card).

  • General/EWS/OBC-NCL Males – Rs. 1000/-
  • General/EWS/OBC-NCL Females – Rs. 800/-
  • SC/ST/Female/PwD/Third Gender – Rs. 500/-

  JEE Main 2023 Exam Date RELEASED

  The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official JEE Main 2023 Exam Date on its official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. As per it, the schedule for the two sessions are:

  • JEE Main Exam Date 2023 Session 1: January 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31

  • JEE Main Exam Date 2023 Session 2: April 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
