JEE Main January 2020 Shift 1 & Shift 2 exam scheduled on January 07, 2020, was conducted successfully, and the candidates appearing for the Shift 1 & 2 on January 08, 2020, must note that there is no postponement. The shift 1 exam on Day 3 of JEE Main took place from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. - Physics was the toughest section in the JEE Main Shift 1 exam on Day 3.
- A candidate with good preparation can expect 90 percentile or 80-85 percentile
- The Mathematics section was moderate but lengthy.
- The Chemistry section of the exam was moderate.
- The Shift 1 paper of JEE Main January 8, 2020 exam was moderate.
- The Physics section had more questions from Class 11th syllabus.
- The Mathematics and Chemistry section had more questions from Class 12th syllabus.
- In all, the Class 12th syllabus was more in today's shift.
- The Chemistry section had questions from ionisation, inorganic chemistry, biomolecules, environmental chemistry, coordination compounds, d-block and organic chemistry.
- The Physics section had questions from modern physics, current electricity, semiconductors, logic gates, ray optics, thermodynamics, units and wave optics.
- The Mathematics section had questions from Probability, Conic Sections, Arithmetic, Ecplise, Parabola, mathematical reasoning, calculus,
- The NAT questions were easy in today's shift.
- The Verification Process in the exam centres is taking at least 30 minutes.
