JEE Main 2023 answer key will likely be released by February 5, 2023, on the official website. After that, the candidates can raise objections against the provisional answer key (if required) by the last date.
The National Testing Agency will very soon release the JEE Main official answer key January 2023, tentatively 3-4 days after the last day of JEE Main exam. This refers that JEE Main official answer key will be released anytime on or before February 5, 2023. The authority will release the JEE Main answer key on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. NTA will release the JEE Main exam 2023 in pdf format.
JEE Main answer key comprises the correct answers to the questions asked in the exam. With the help of JEE Main answer key, the candidates can calculate the tentative score obtained by the students in the session 1 exam. Before calculating the score, the candidates can refer to the marking scheme of the JEE Main exam here in the given section-
- +4 for every correct answer
- -1 for every incorrect answer
- No mark for the unattempted answer
- No mark for “answers marked for review”
Probable score formula = (Number of correct answers * 4) - (Number of incorrect answers * 1)

What After JEE Main Answer Key 2023?
At first, the authority will release the provisional answer key. Hence, if the candidates will not find any discrepancy in the answers marked in the provisional answers, then they can raise objections against the provisional answer key on or before the last date. Note, to raise the objection, the candidates should pay Rs 200 for each question. After that, the authority will release the final answer key.
