Delay in JEE Main 2020 Registration Date
The National Testing Agency on 2nd September 2019 notified the JEE Main aspirants about the delay in the registration process of the examination. As per the agency, there is a delay in the examination by a day.
As per a fresh notification issued by the NTA (National Testing Agency), the JEE Main 2020 January session has been delayed by a day. The application process for JEE Main 2020 which was going to commence on 2nd September 2019 earlier, will now begin from 3rd September 2019.
The public notice issued by the National Testing Agency today on its official website said that the candidates aspiring to qualify JEE Main 2020 - January Examination will be able to submit their applications online from 3rd September 2020 onwards.

About JEE Main Exam
The JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Main is a national-level examination conducted for admissions to various engineering colleges across India. The exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) twice a year. The first session of the examination is usually conducted in January whereas, the second session is conducted in April. This year, the merit list of JEE Main will be based on students’ percentile scores. The exam will be conducted in an online mode, which means it will a computer-based examination. The exam is going to be conducted in the first week of January 2020. For this, candidates must prepare well in advance.
